Key Responsibilities
Owner of current parts level programs including adding new areas of focus, further developing training classes, and responsible for level program testing and reviews
Creation of training classes for specific products including Sheet Metal, Sequence of Operations, Aftermarket Part Selection, etc.
Become primary point of contact for parts vendors
Work with vendors to explore new products to add to inventory – responsible for training of new products

Call Center Sales Associate

Essential Skills and Attributes:
HVAC industry experience and knowledge preferred.  Must be 18 years of age, have High School Diploma / GED equivalent, understand basic math and computer skills, and successful completion of post-offer drug screen.
A Call Center Associate services our existing customer base by managing incoming telephone calls, managing walk in traffic, offering billing solutions, handling price concerns and objections and reviewing product offering.  They increase existing customer’s business with Carrier West by reviewing customer pricing policy, reviewing product mix, asking for more business and review customer service level from Carrier West.  They process orders via phone, email, online ordering, fax, etc., and ensure timely and accurate responses to the customer’s requests along with reviewing open orders daily and ensuring fulfillments.  Call Center Associates also follow up on customer inquiries and quotes.  They handle account management and call assigned cash customers as scheduled.  They develop business relationships with the customers, investigate, and fulfill customers current and future business needs.  They follow promotional outlines and include specials or events.  Call Center Associates also handle miscellaneous duties as assigned such as office and clerical needs and office appearance.  Training for this position will be conducted in Denver for up to six weeks.
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday.

Experienced HVAC Technical Support Technician

Field Technical Support
Meeting customers at homes and jobsite to review equipment operation and troubleshooting. 
Field startup of equipment
Field startups are typically commercial equipment and requires the ability to climb extension, step and vertical access ladders.  Work at heights and in extreme weather conditions.
Startups can include commercials RTUs, chillers, commercial and residential split systems, VRF systems, MUA units and other HVAC equipment. 
Thorough inspection and adjustments are required for prepping equipment and careful measurements and evaluations are needed for equipment startup.   
In-house and Field Unit Modifications
Modifications are done to units when time constraints or option is not available from the factory.  These are typically done at a Lohmiller branch but are required to be done in the field sometimes. 
Refrigeration and electrical changes might include additional of hot gas bypass, disconnects, VFDs or convenience outlets. 
All modifications must be done according to industry standards and codes.
Use of hand tools,
Field Warranty Support
In some instances “Factory Warranty Repairs” are needed to be performed by CAD Technician.  This could include refrigeration repairs, electrical component diagnostics and replacement or controls troubleshooting of equipment. 
Technical Training
This is an optional role but one on one training is needed to familiarize customers with products and skills to install and repair products. 
If this is a skill the CAD technician utilizes, Leading Dealer Training and Contractor Training is done in a classroom setting as well as in the field with equipment.  Training can be done during normal business hours and after hours.  After hour training is compensated extra. 
Skills for this include public speaking, PowerPoint presentations, live demonstrations and a firm grasp of the fundamentals of electricity and HVAC equipment operation, troubleshooting. 
This job has physical – as well as mental components. CAD Technical Support Technicians need to be able to use relevant tools and software; they also must possess excellent customer service skills to communicate with clients. The ability to squat, kneel, bend, and perform other physical movements required during repair is also necessary.  Lifting requirements may exceed 75 lbs.
Most of the time, CAD Support Technicians work during regular business hours, but they may respond to work outside of these times. They often work 40 hours a week, although additional hours may be required.
Position is full time.  Monday through Friday.  No on-call.

Commercial Inside Sales Estimator – Entry Level Position (0-2 Years of Experience) and Experienced (3-5 Years of Experience)

Your inside duties would include, but not be limited to project take-offs, selecting equipment, pricing projects, creating proposals, preparing submittals, generating order write ups, and monitoring the product through shipping for commercial sheet metal and/ or equipment projects.  Initially, you will go through a training program that will include our standard company orientation, an equipment basics orientation, our vendor estimating software tools, and typical day to day inside sales assistant duties.
Essential Job Functions
Preparing projects by doing a take-off of each page provided for each project
Work closely with the outside sales team to define and prepare project quotes
Creating project proposals that are accurate and complete for each assigned project
Preparing submittals for each job sold or with possibility of generating future revenue by preparing submittals
Generating order write ups, order forms, job information sheets, and break out listings
Managing/monitoring the ordered products through delivery to the customer
Working hand in hand with product vendors
Continuously learning and growing within the field increasing upwards through our Level program
Utilizing the vendor software tools
Working within all processes and procedures set for the position while adhering to all company policies
